Why was With Love, Lulu created?

With Love, Lulu was created as a love letter to softness, self-devotion, and feminine ritual. It was born out of a desire to offer more than skincare — to create moments of care that feel intentional, romantic, and restorative. Every product is handcrafted to support your glow, your healing, and your return to self.

How long does shipping take?

Processing takes 3–5 business days, and you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on the way.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can make changes or cancel within 12 hours of placing it. Just contact us as soon as possible.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the personal nature of body care, all sales are final. But if something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Reach out within 5 days of delivery.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Our formulas are crafted with gentle, skin-loving ingredients, but we always recommend a patch test if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.

How long will my products last?

Because we use natural ingredients, our products are best used within 6–12 months. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight for longest shelf life.

What if my body butter melts?

Our butters are whipped and may soften in hot weather. Just pop it in the fridge for a bit it’ll firm back up! Texture may change slightly but benefits stay the same.

Do your products contain synthetic fragrance?

We use a blend of high-quality fragrance and essential oils that are phthalate-free and skin-safe. We aim to balance scent and skin comfort in every formula.

Can I use your products while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Many of our ingredients are gentle and natural, but we always recommend checking with your healthcare provider before introducing new skincare during pregnancy or postpartum.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes! We do not test on animals, and our products are made without animal-derived ingredients, with the exception of raw honey in select scrubs.

Can I use the oil on my face or hair?

Our body oils are crafted for skin use, but many customers love them on hair or dry spots. Always patch test first, especially on your face or scalp.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes! You can add a note at checkout for gift options. We also offer seasonal bundles and special edition sets perfect for gifting.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Contact us immediately if you catch an error. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update it. Once shipped, we’re unable to reroute packages.
